Deqing Yireh Everlite LED Illumination Technology Co., Ltd is the wholly owned subsidiary of Hongkong Yireh International Co., Ltd for manufacturing, selling LED indoor & outdoor lights, with its head office in Deqing, Huzhou & company hold controlling interest die cast factory / LED assembly workshop in China Mold City of Ninghai County, where is well-known to all over China as " Chinese Die Cast Industry Base ", with area over 5, 000 square meters for LED assembly workshop, die-cast workshop, 800-1500 Tons die cast machines, CNC center, mould workshop, powder coating workshop, cleaning & drying workshop, die cast lamp casing & spare parts warehouse ( hundreds of square meters with monthly stock of traditional lamp casings & LED spare parts from hundreds of sets to over 1000 sets around for each ); at present, from raw materials to the casting mold, die casting aluminum ingots, repair, cleaning, finishing blank filling putty, electrostatic powder spraying, drying, storage of finished casings, then transferred to LED assembly lines, assembling with LED accessories (aluminum PCB board, LED chips, LED driver etc. ), assembly of finished lamps with aging test, quality inspection and delivery of finished products ^ all above have formed a one-stop production with higher speed and higher efficiency already, also our products have been exported to Europe, Southeast Asia, the Middle East etc. ( over 50 countries and regions ); experienced over 5 years till now, already begun to take the advantages of large-scale operation and R & D innovation advantage, based on the sales of our past traditional lamps with the annual output value of 5 0, 000, 000 CNY ( around 8, 000, 000USD ), our LED lamp sales are now a new force suddenly rising at an annual rate of 30% increments, the annual 2011-2012 sales output ( domestic and overseas sales of LED lamps only ) already exceeded 11, 000, 000 CNY ( around 1770, 000USD ); meanwhile, the number of our existing employees over 50, with such output growth, we are now fast expanding staff also greatly improving the skill of each member.
